Spring Class Pass
This pass includes Monday’s 8:30 am Circuit & Strength, Wednesday’s 8:30 am Muscle & Mobility AND our new addition for Spring, Thursday’s 8:30am Circuit & Stretch classes.
Classes begin Monday, April 7, and run until Thursday, June 26, for a total of 35 classes.
Note: there is no class on Monday, May 19th due to the Victoria Day holiday.
