The 5 Minute Shift

So, you may have seen a few videos that I’ve been sharing recently, which are part of a series that I’ve called the “5 Minute Shift”.   This video series was born of the feedback I’d received from people when I began sharing my thoughts on how we can really finish this year and this decade off with a bang.  I was encouraging folks to dream big and set some big intentions to finish out 2019.

The result?  People were sharing with me that they were feeling too overwhelmed, given the time of year to even consider trying to set a new goal.  So, combining that feedback with the fact that we must continue to care for ourselves and make ourselves a priority, I offer the 5 Minute Shift.  What is it?  Activities that will take no longer than 5 minutes, three times per week, to help shift one’s mindset towards wellness, positivity and self-care.

Surely, you can find 5 minutes a few days per week to make yourself a priority.  That’s a total of 15 minutes out of 10 080 minutes that a week contains.  There is no way that can’t be done.  And if one day’s idea doesn’t resonate with you, substitute something else we’ve discussed.

I hope you’ll join me and make yourself a priority!  See you soon!

In kindness and health,

Deanna
